I think I agree.

Regarding some of Nigel's points:

The lack of effectiveness of the wiki faq may be partly due to the
obsolete links on the documentation page. Another thing that may help is
feeding the recent changes and their diffs to a mailing list - I see them
via RSS but I wouldn't be surprised if the more old-school Exim users
would prefer email. (We should also feed bugzilla updates to a mailing
list.)

How important are the mirrors? If they are worth keeping and if the wiki
contents can be dumped to static HTML then the mirrors could copy the
content in that form.
