Probably not - it explicitly puts the addition into the MIME preamble.
No one (with a MIME capable mailer) will see it there, but thats a
different problem. It may also get you negative points on heuristic
content scanning (hidden content - sort of thing spammers do to pull
their scores towards non-spam).
