[exim] New Installation and New user of Exim

Hi

First time trying to install exim with vexim.
Does anyone have or know the link to a very good guide on how to setup
exim using vexim or if needs be just plain exim.

I've followed the guide you get with vexim install files but still
cannot get it working.
