You have a router called hubbed_hosts which appears before the majordomo
routers in your configuration file. It is matching the domain
sunsite2.wits.ac.za and trying to route it over SMTP, but failing because
it points to the local host. Perhaps the hubbed_hosts router has a
precondition like domains = !+local_domains and sunsite2.wits.ac.za is not
listed in your local_domains.
