[exim] CC all non local in-and outgoing mail to special acco…

Hi all,

to file all business-related mail, I need to configure Exim in a way, that
all incoming mail from non local domains and all outgoing mail (also
addressed) to non local domains is copy-forwarded to a special account.

Exim-newbie I am, I can't figure out, how to match these conditions in
Exim's router configuration.

Any help is greatfully appreciated.
