Sorry, here's the macro.
DELIVER = SELECT use_spam_filter FROM users \
WHERE recipient = '${quote_mysql:$local_part}'
It looks a variable (-1 or 0) to determine whether to deliver mail to a
user IMAP junk folder or to deliver the spam to the bit bucket.
