Yeah, I excluded mail to this inbox.

Just so you know, I ultimately do not want to block all utf-8 subjects to
all emails, just the emails that get some spam. I know that I will have
some email addresses that are subscribed to mailing lists, such as this
one, where I want the spam blocking to be less strict. I am simply
looking at my existing email addresses that receive spam, and trying to
add protective measures without compromising any non-spam email from
getting through.
