Alternatively, you can change the system aliases router so that it looks
up the local part in two files:
data = ${lookup {$local_part} lsearch {SYSTEM_ALIASES_FILE} \
{$value} \
{${lookup {$local_part} lsearch {OTHER_ALIASES_FILE} \
{$value} \
{} }} }
