If you're using something like the default ACLs, I suggest moving
accept hosts = +relay_from_hosts
accept authenticated = *
earlier, so that they appear after the require verify = sender clause.
Then you can add something like the following after your dnslist checks:
deny recipients = lsearch;/etc/exim/internal_only_addresses
