[exim] Newbie Question

I am wanting to install Exim and I am having trouble on what to do about the EDITME(s). I want to only install Exim as a SMTP relay with Spamassassin and a virus scanning program running. Any great HOWTOs since Exim install is being a pain for me. I currently use spamassassin with sendmail and mimedefang with Sophos.
