[exim] Old exim mail queue

I have a big queue which I had to move to increase the speed of

deliveries after a massive spam attack over my MX. I want to extract
only messages which had temporary failures, discarding any other kind
of message such as: mailbox full, etc.
     Do you know how to do this via exim command line or a script? I
have a algorithm in mind but don't think it may be the best way.
