[exim] Which libspf2?

Can anyone recommend a working version of libspf2, suitable for
linking with Exim 4.51 with EXPERIMENTAL_SPF enabled, on FC3?

Versions I've tried (1.2.5, 1.2.4, 1.2.3) either won't compile, won't
test or leave out important header files on install.
