[exim] how to skip 'smtp greeting check' for a specified IP

dear all,
i'm running Exim4 on Debian sarge. email server is working fine except
for a specific misconfigured email server running on 203.115.31.XXX ip.

in logs i found folowing entryies for that IP

2005-05-10 06:32:15 no host name found for IP address 203.115.31.XXX
2005-05-10 06:32:18 no host name found for IP address 203.115.31.XXX
2005-05-10 06:32:18 SMTP protocol violation: synchronization error
(input sent without waiting for greeting): rejected connection from
H=[203.115.31.XXX]

I need to receive emails from above said server, is there any way to
configure my exim4 to skip above 'greeting check' only for this IP
address?
