I do use blacklists that block ALL dynamic IPs, so yes this is the case. It
cuts out 99% of viruses without wasting processing power on virus checking.
It also cuts out a vast majority of mail from zombied machines (which are
also normally on dynamic IPs).

In general my customers are home users & small businesses on standard
broadband connections (e.g. BT and Blueyawnder) or dialup, with dynamic IPs,
so if they are going to be able to send mail from their own domains I have
to allow it.
