Your log entries do not show Exim giving up. They show it deferring
delivery until later, because all of the recipient hosts had responded
with a 450 code. This is how things are supposed to work.
If you want you can reduce your queue runner interval and your retry
times, which may reduce the delays caused by greylisting.
