[exim] Brute Force Address Detection

Hello All,

I have noticed in my logs that there are quite a few times when
spammers will just keep trying combinations of names until they find
addresses where exim does not return a Unrouteable address error. Is
there any way to configure exim to block a host after x number of failed
rcpt attempts? Or perhaps is there a better way to combat this issue?
