I suppose I walked right into that one. :)

What I meant was that you seemed to be asking legitimate questions about
a broken service, that only the provider was in a position to answer.
The only comment any of us could have provided was "sorry, can't help",
but that's just noise when you're looking for real answers.

In my case, all I'm asking for is noise.
