Then you can avoid multiple deny statements (and get the same sort of
aggregation) with something like:
# Reject messages from senders listed in these DNSBLs
deny message = reject mail listed at $dnslist_domain
dnslists = dialups.mail-abuse.org : blackholes.mail-abuse.org
