[exim] message frozen manualroute

Hi,
Using exim-4.50 compiled for amd64 with mysql on Ubuntu

The problem is that messages feeze. Here's the only router:

smart_host:
    driver = manualroute
    transport = remote_smtp
    route_list = * 192.168.190.41

And the only transport:

remote_smtp:
    driver = smtp

Upon unfreezing the message, it is sent to the correct smart host. This
looks like some kind of DNS/lookup problem but I can't see why. Ident is
turned off to 0s.
