Nothing drastically different; I just implemented it in Exim config.
Other ACLs set $acl_m0 if they find anything in the mail to which they
object, and then it's handled by
http://david.woodhou.se/eximconf/include/acl-greylist
Yeah, I really ought to finish the sqlite support.
