Yes.
But first, you need to decide whether you want Exim to authenticate as a
server (i.e. other people connect and send AUTH data), or as a client (i.e.
Exim sends AUTH when connecting to another SMTP server). Then you need to
read section 33, "SMTP authentication", in the Exim specification.
