Check the settings for EXIM_USER and EXIM_GROUP in your
Local/Makefile. You need to build Exim with these set to appropriate
existing numeric UID/GIDs or user/group names. See the comments in
Local/Makefile for more info.
If you copied a binary from another system, you'll need to set up
groups and users in the same way as the source system has them.
