Due to a huge spam attack, we had to shut down our exim servers today
and move the queues to a different directory in order to get clean
processing again. The servers were overwhelmed with trying to process
the sheer amount of stuff.
I'd like to clean the cruft out of the old queues and try to process the
remaining (legit) mail. But I cannot find any way in exim to manipluate
an alternate queue. In the old days under sendmail, I'd use
-oQ/path/to/alt/queue, but I cannot find an equivalent command under
Exim.
I'm running Exim 4.10 under Solaris.
Thanks for any assistance.
