AFAIK, provide your Windows system with an FQDN as it's hostname, and I
believe that is what Outlook uses for HELO. I'm running Outlook and if you
check the headers on this, I believe my HELO is just "nutbar" because my
system thinks it's FQDN is just "nutbar".
