I think your dcc_conf is not complete ;)
I don't see a DCCIFD_LOG_AT nor a DCCIFD_REJECT_AT entry.
For example, here is what I have on my server:
DCCIFD_ARGS="-S List-Id -S mail_host -S Sender"
DCCIFD_LOGDIR=H?/var/log/dccifd
DCCIFD_WHITECLNT=whiteclnt
DCCIFD_LOG_AT=25
DCCIFD_REJECT_AT=50
Also, there should be more local_scan debug output before the LOG: MAIN
REJECT which should be helpful to debug the issue.
For example, something like:
Now receiving output from server
Response - Overall result: A
buffer = A LOCAL_SCAN_ACCEPT
