[exim] Exigrep and reject logs

When a message is rejected in the Data ACL, the full headers are dumped
to the reject log (after the log entry which also appears in the
mainlog). However, pointing exigrep at the reject log doesn't display
those headers, just the log entry. Is this a bug, or by design?
