[exim] Suse 9.1

Hi

Due to an incompatibility of our new server and Suse 9.2, I need to get
exim4 and clamav running on Suse9.1.

However, the most recent rpm's I found for Suse 9.1 are exim4.30-25. clamav
is already 0.83. Now I got the problem of exim4.30 with exiscan 0.16 and
clamav 0.83. Those are known not to work with each other...

Does someone know a place to download more recent Suse 9.1 exim4 rpm's or a
step by step guide to compile it myself?
