Including almost any from me...including a reply to an off-list reply from
someone on this list. It's partly that I don't feel the urge to take any
action, particularly to get mail to someone I'm replying to.

And partly from reading the privacy policy of one of the first outside
services to offer challenge response services (basically, they were allowed
to spam anyone who responded to a challenge). I believe they changed that
policy...and others didn't have it. But for the outside ones, I'm not going
to bother reading every privacy policy.

The ones that people run themselves can darn well be set up so that replies
get through, or they don't get my reply. (I might phone if I care enough
and know the number, but I know very few numbers.)
