[exim] A type of spam

Hello,

I would like to check for a type of spam where and
email is sent to a bunch of address but only some are
valid. I would like to use a threshold of say three
invalid addresses and reject the email. Do you know
where in the online manual this would be discussesd?
Or do you know how I can do this?
