No, because it is not well defined. What's the local domain?
$primary_hostname? Some parent domain of $primary_hostname?
$qualify_domain? +local_domains? These are all different on
my machines, and they still fail to cover all the possibilities.
In fact the concept of "local domain" might not be explicitly
defined in the configuration at all. What is more, each of the
possible domains may have any number of MXs.
