[exim] Exim and Exiscan Caches?

Hello there,

I have three acl rules (one warning, 2 deny) using the option spam =
nobody:true. Exim/Exiscan caches the result on the first scan of the
message and uses it for the another 2 or there's a scan for each rule?
And if I set a condition in the first rule (the warn) setting no scan
for messages over 120kb, the other two will scan or they'll ignore
messages too big because the 1st rule?

(I suppose there's a cache, but asking does not hurt)
