Exim is versatile enough to do SRS purely in its configuration
(http://www.infradead.org/rpr.html). That version works with a text file
listing 'spf-afflicted-domains' which are known to check SPF, so you
don't have to mangle mail for normal recipients. In fact my version of
that list is almost empty -- there have been very few domains rejecting
mail due to SPF and _continuing_ to do so when the brokenness of SPF was
pointed out to them.

Also, Exim 4.50 has SRS support which can be enabled when you build it.
Look for EXPERIMENTAL_SRS in Local/Makefile.

In general though, SPF and SRS are a bad idea. See the list archives and
http://david.woodhou.se/why-not-spf.html for further discussion.
