This is the acl:

In my extensions file I have to put user@??? but it would be nice
to just put the user because some of my mailservers have mutltiple
domains in Exim.

Exim/exiscan-acl 4.20 did not have the MIME ACL. Did you change your
config? Your ACL snippet must be in the DATA ACL.
