[exim] filtering mail from specific hosts

Hi,

I need to setup a filter to test two conditions:

- only mail from four LAN hosts to the Internet
- message body over 250kb

I'm having trouble with the first condition. I couldn't find the
way to match mail coming from these four hosts.

Any clue?
