[exim] acl_smtp_mime

I get all my mail by uucp (received protocol "local-rmail") and therefor I must
                           do all tests for local generated mail.

acl_smtp_mime can't be used in this situation. Why not ?

Is there any chance to have the mime checks available in acl_not_smtp ?
