First of all, you'll need to ditch the "defer" ACL statement.
Then, I suspect you want to add a redirect router redirecting to the
spambox, with a condition which checks the incoming interface.
However, this may be a bad idea, as you'll get a small amount of legit
mail in the spambox, even when all the other MXs are happy. The neat
thing about the "defer" is that this doesn't matter.
