I found a solution myself:
deny message = Go away
spam = nobody/defer_ok
warn message = "X-Spam: test failed!"
condition = ${if !def:spam_score}
Maybe it is better style to add a
spam = nobody:true/defer_ok
to the second condition - I'm not sure.
