I've been runing Exim on OpenBSD for a while and it works perfectly.
The current OpenBSD port is Exim 4.41 so if you use that remember to
look at the right documentation or you'll have all the wrong keywords.
Took me a little while to set up SMTP AUTH against user passwords but it
works perfectly now. Mail me for details.
