I'd use fetchmail, as I said:
http://www.catb.org/~esr/fetchmail/
You can use it to grab the mail out of your POP3/IMAP mailboxes and it
will then send the messages to the local MTA for delivery to the new
accounts.

Exchange has an SMTP server, yes. You need to configure it to allow
relay I believe however. I don't really know the procedure for that,
having tried to excise all knowledge of Exchange from my head after I
left the company that used it ...
