I am afraid but you'll have to do that, if you want to receive any
help here. Exim3 is as dead as dinosaurs. Just forget your exim 3
configuration (if it is not too complex) and start from a standard
exim 4 conf, modifying it to your setup.

very similar to an equivalent sendmail message, if I remember well.
You probably forgot to add exon.dyndns.org to your local domains
list, and so it got routed by your dnsrouter instead of going down to
your local user router.
