In the default configuration after the system aliases you'd put a router
like the following, and define an appropriate local_part_list at the start
of the main configuration.
to_lotus:
driver = manualroute
domains = +local_domains
local_parts = +users_on_lotus
route_data = host.running.lotus
transport = smtp
