I'm stunned. May I ask when and why exim 4.44 made it into sarge after
all? I obviously missed this unforseen event.

FWIW, I don't think he acted in bad faith, at least he told him how to
find out whether exim supports perl, allthough "/path/to/exim -bV" would
have done better.
