Here is the output of

where 1D5lqE-0003Yb-ON is a mail queued for laurent@??? (an
email address that you can use for testing, it returns a temporary
error after RCPT). If find the second line:
all IP addresses skipped or deferred at least one address
of particular interest. I removed "nowwhat.lateralis.org" from my list
of fallback_hosts for this test because it is already the target smtp
host and I didn't want to mix issues.
