[exim] Exim local_interfaces problem

I added
local_interfaces = 0.0.0.0.25 : 127.0.0.1.10025
To my exim.conf

Local_interfaces was not in there at all before, so I assume it just listens
on all ips on port 25. Well now that I added that, I get this error every
couple minutes

2005-02-27 22:52:56 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any IPv4) failed:
Address already in use: waiting before trying again

Port 25 is open and running, and mail works fine. So I don't know if this
is just a warning or what, but it does bother me. Has anyone experienced
this? Anything I should be looking for?
