[exim] New Mirror at Brazil

Mirror site located at University of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

The urls are:

    http://www.linorg.usp.br/exim
     ftp://ftp.linorg.usp.br/exim
    rsync://rsync.linorg.usp.br/exim

The server has a uplink of 100 Mbits and runs rsync
twice per day.

The ftp and rsync are restrict to only 300 Mbits of bandwidth
and rsync accept until 100 users.
