I don't have this line in my exim4.conf. Just for information, my exim4
is configured with one file (exim4.conf) which comes from an exim3 conf.
I found this on internet:
rfc1413_hosts = *
rfc1413_query_timeout = 0s
then I set it in my exim4, restarted it, but it still is slow.
