Delete all your routers except for the dnslookup router. Change it so that
it only handles email to the external mailbox:
dnslookup:
driver = dnslookup
domains = +external_mailbox_domain
local_parts = +external_mailbox_local_part
transport = remote_smtp
ignore_target_hosts = 0.0.0.0 : 127.0.0.0/8
no_more
Add another router that redirects everything else.
