Something like this maybe.

acl_smtp_mime = check_mime

check_mime:
deny message = Executable files not permitted
condition = ${if
match{${lc:$mime_filename}}{\N(\.bat|\.exe|\.pif|\.com)$\N}{yes}{no}}
accept
