Not an Exim 'prpduct' or issue, and most of what Google turns up looks a
bit dated.
Probably best to look for more information on the developer's site.
FreeBSD has a fairly new entry in /mail/mailscanner-mrtg. Do a 'make'
but NOT an install on that and there should be README and INSTALL text
files two-levels down the tree that will exlain and/or get you to a more
useful source of information.
