[exim] Error in redirect file

Hi there,

after implementing hardened spam checking for one domain I get following
messages in maillog:

Feb 21 16:10:31 www1 exim[10882]: 2005-02-21 16:10:31 1D3EBi-00017s-Kt
== tomas@??? R=domain_filter defer (-17): error in redirect file:
missing or malformed local part (expected word or "<") in "if "$h_to:
h_cc:" matches katamaran|tomas|edvard then"


filter file looks like:

if "$h_to: h_cc:" matches katamaran|tomas|edvard then
     if $h_X-Spam-Level: contains "*****"
       then
            seen save /tmp/etp.spam
     endif
endif

I wonder whether I have omitted something in filter file or is there
other directives to taken into account?

I use exim4.
